At Image-Tek, our service goal is to provide quality service programs that enhance the value of your Image-Tek equipment. We realize two of the most important aspects of successful operations are maintenance and training. Now you can take advantage of our years of experience in operations, applications, maintenance, and technical support and give yourself the advantage of comprehensive service.
Guardian Plan Benefits
- Minimum down time.
- On-site visit by factory trained, professional service technician for preventive maintenance, service call or training. (All site visits are scheduled or on-demand.)
- Preventative maintenance prolongs life of equipment, increasing return on investment.
- Preferred treatment with highest priority response.
- Data log for all services performed on-site and depot.
Guardian Plan Terms and Conditions
- All contracts are one year in length and must be renewed before the ninth month of current contract.
- Warranted equipment is eligible for contract without site inspection.
- Non-warranted equipment must be factory inspected. Customer pays for parts, labor, and two way shipping.
- Prices are based on a per unit price for one location.
- Hourly labor rate, plus expense applies to all travel time to and from customer location as well as actual on-site time at customer's plant. Not to include weekend or holidays.
- Labor rate for weekends and holidays is two times labor rates.
