At times, we engineer more than just custom printer applicators. For US Postal Service domestic bulk mail centers we developed an entire system (CAD drawing right).
This system applies zip code labels to the tops of packages which range in size from 1” x 6” to 36” x 36”. To develop this labeling system we integrated positioning servo motors, height & position sensors, label transporters, a printer applicator and a short section of conveyor.
