The high-performance of the Acclaim400 enables efficient logistic and distribution operations by providing the means of applying labels in high-speed applications. HIGH THROUGHPUT

Patented design gives the Acclaim400 the industry's fastest printer applicator throughput rate for top-apply,variable height labeling. By using a label transport mechanism one label can be applied while another label is being printed. A high speed- servo motor drives the precision balanced applicator arm to full stroke- and back to the home position in just under 800 milliseconds.

The patented label transport mechanism acts as a label handling device between the printer and applicator arm. The transport holds the printed label while another is being applied. This allows the Accliam400 to significantly increase throughput rates compared to conventional printer applicator technology.

APPLY LABELS TO VARYING PACKAGES

Image-Tek engineers have studied the shapes and sizes of cartons and products to determine the best method of efficiency applying labels in the distribution centers. As a result, the Accliam400 is able to print and apply labels to varying shapes, regardless of their angle, texture or fragility. The label is blown on from a height of about 1" (25 mm), preventing possible damage to the product or applicator arm.
